League Partnership & Audit
Following contract execution, our technical directors conduct a thorough digital and physical audit of all host stadiums. We calculate optimal tactical camera mounting points, evaluate local internet infrastructure, and establish secure transmission protocols to our centralized HQ.
Hardware Dispatch
OptiEye mobilizes. We pack and dispatch our proprietary 5-camera optical rigs, customized edge-computing modules and secure networking hardware from our central repository directly to the league's host cities — zero logistical burden on the federation.
Pre-Tournament Rigging
Days before the opening match, our ground engineering teams physically install the camera arrays. Tactical wide-shots and 16-meter penalty line cameras are rigged perfectly parallel to the pitch — never interfering with standard broadcast production crews.
Network Sync & Calibration
The cameras are hardwired into our edge modules and the remote Video Operation Room pings the stadium. Using proprietary OpenCV matrix algorithms, we synchronize video frames across all 5 feeds to ensure absolute zero-latency playback for the officiating team.
Live Matchday Operations
Throughout the league calendar, our IFAB-accredited VAR operators and replay technicians monitor the matches live from the centralized VOR. The system strictly adheres to FIFA VAR Lite parameters, initiating direct audio communication with the on-pitch referee only for clear and obvious errors.
Archiving & Demobilization
Upon the final whistle of the league, all calibrated offside logs, synchronized multi-angle video files and referee audio communications are securely encrypted and handed over to the federation. Our ground team safely strikes all hardware and returns to HQ.

No. Under the VARaaS model, OptiEye supplies and operates everything — camera rigs, edge-computing modules, networking and the remote VOR. The league signs one contract and simply plays football.
Up to five tactical feeds, per FIFA VAR Lite parameters: a main tactical wide, two 16-meter penalty-line cameras for offside calibration, and two high behind-goal cameras for fouls and goal-line decisions.
